Rat Anti-Laminin1 Recombinant Antibody (clone MEC2)
Because of their staining pattern on normal kidney sections and their reactivity to a panel of renal proteins, the antibody MEC2 can be considered as a set of Abs representative for the autoreactive antibodies within the glomerular eluate of HgCl2-diseased rats. The clone MEC2 binds preferentially to the P1 fragment of laminin-1.
