Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone DH376); scFv Fragment
Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp120. This antibody DH376 was isolated from colostrum and blocked CD4 binding. It was able to neutralize 4 tier-1 viral strains, but not tier 2. It inhibited EC-virus interaction, inhibited DC virus transfer.
