Recombinant Anti-human BaX Intrabody [Tat]
Recombinant anti-BaX intrabody in fusion with HIV Tat works within cells and specifically reacts with pro-apoptotic protein BaX, expressed in CHO cells. These intrabodies are useful drugs on their own as well as a means for identifying small compound drugs for degenerative diseases involving oxidative-stress-induced apoptosis.
