Recombinant Anti-IAV PB2 Intrabody [(D-Arg)9]
Recombinant anti-IAV PB2 intrabody linked to (D-Arg)9 works within cells to bind IAV PB2, expressed in CHO cells. The anti-PB2 intrabody is potentially able to interfere with the effective nuclear transporscFv-HIV-Tation of PB2 protein, resulting in the observed resistance to influenza A virus infection in vitro.
