TB Prep Kit™, for digestion and decontaminate of sputum specimens for TB culture
A convenient specimen preparation kit for the processing of sputum specimens for Mycobacteria testing. The kit contains five 50ml TB Based Digestant, five ready-to-use NALC reagents, and detailed instructions for their use. The components of the kit comply with the CLSI guidelines. See Z158 if a pH color indicator is desired. The kit does not contain phosphate buffer for the neutralization step of the procedure.
