Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone F91 (F-91)); scFv Fragment
Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp120. F91 bound very strongly to the gp120 core but did not bind to the gp120 core D368R, RSC3, RSC3/G367R, RSC3 Δ3711, and RSC3 Δ3711/P363N. F91 was classified into CD4BS group as it interferes with CD4 binding site.
