Sodium dihydrogen phosphate, also known as acid sodium phosphate, is an in9 salt that is easily soluble in water and almost insoluble in ethanol. Sodium dihydrogen phosphate is the raw material for the manufacture of sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium pyrophosphate, mainly used in tanning, boiler water treatment, as a quality improver and baking powder. It is used as a buffering agent and a raw material for baking powder in the food industry and fermentation industry. Also used as feed additives, detergents and dye auxiliaries.
