Nemadipine A
Nemadipine A is a cell-permeable L-type calcium channel blocker. It was shown to reduce the expression of survivin, an inhibitor of the apoptosis protein (IAP) family of proteins, sensitizing TRAIL-resistant cancer cells to TRAIL.
