Mal-PEG7-OH
Mal-PEG7-OH is a PEG linker containing a maleimide group and a hydroxyl group. The maleimide group will react with a thiol group to form a covalent bond, enabling the connection of a biomolecule with a thiol. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.
