Tesevatinib

Tesevatinib is an orally bioavailable, small-molecule receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) inhibitor with potential anti-tumor activity. XL647 binds to and inhibits several tyrosine receptor kinases that play major roles in tumor cell proliferation and tumor vasculogenesis, including EGFR, HER2, VEGFR, and EphB4, which may lead to inhibition of tumor growth and angiogenesis as well as tumor regression.
