Anti-Human F2 Therapeutic Antibody (ichorcumab)
Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human F2. Ichorcumab is a synthetic fully human IgG4 that binds with high affinity and specificity to the exosite 1 region on thrombin. Ichorcumab powerfully inhibits both venous and arterial thrombosis in preclinical models. Ichorcumab is at least as powerful an anticoagulant as approved drugs such as warfarin or the novel oral anticoagulants (NOACs).
