APC-100
APC-100 is an oral vitamin E derivative and androgen receptor (AR) antagonist with potential antioxidant, chemopreventive, and antineoplastic activities. APC-100 binds to AR in target tissues, thereby inhibiting androgen-induced receptor activation and promoting the formation of inactive complexes that are unable to translocate to the nucleus.
