Provided is a procalcitonin (PCT) monoclonal detection antibody of antibody pair in PCT detection. An ELISA (enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay) detection platform is established to screen out the PCT optimal paired antibodies, thereby reducing the purification work in the later period, and enhancing the quality of the PCT in-vitro diagnosis reagent and the accuracy for bacterial infection diagnosis.
