Chromosome Medium M
Chromosome Medium M is a complete medium for optimized culture of bone marrow samples and subsequent chromosome analysis. The special medium formulation leads to an optimal mitotic index.
Quality Control:
The verification of mitotic index (percentage of mitosis on number of nuclei) and of medium sterility are executed after 72 hours of culture.
Product Stability:
Chromosome Medium M is shipped at 4°C. Once received, the product has to be stored at -20 ± 2°C. Once thawed, the medium may be stored between 2°C and 8°C for a maximum of 30 days. The product shelf life is 12 months.
