Tubulysin C is a highly cytotoxic peptide isolated from the myxobacterial species Archangium geophyra and Angiococcus disciformis. Tubulysin C is a cytotoxic activity tubulysin which inhibits tubulin polymerization and leads to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis.
