Recombinant human antibody Fab fragment to gp120. HGP105 can bind to Env proteins from clades A, AE, B, BC and D. HGP105 neutralized 1/20 isolates in the HOS-based assay and 1/46 isolates in the TZM-bl based assay, both Tier 1 viruses.
