DOPS:DOPC (90:10) Anionic Liposomes

The amount of negative zeta potential in liposomes depends on the mole percent of phosphatidylserine (PS). Liposomes containing different proportions of PS have different numbers of negative zeta potentials. The use of DOPC does not significantly increase the charge of the liposomes.
