Recombinant Mouse Antibody (mAb184. 1) is capable of binding to B. burgdorferi OspA, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). This antibody recognizes an epitope near the N terminus of OspA that is not readily accessible on intact spirochetes.
