Recombinant Mouse Antibody (2A8) Fab Fragment is specific to P. vivax P25 protein, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). This Fab fragment generated against Pvs25 prevents the formation of P. vivax oocysts in the mosquito, when assayed in membrane feeding experiment.
