This product is a recombinant humanized Fab that recognizes human 4-1BB. Mab Hz4B4-2 has a high affinity for human 4-1BB and exhibits sequence similarity to human antibody. It can be used to treat graft rejections, autoimmune disease such as RA and act as an immunosuppressant in humans without much side-effect.
