Recombinant Human Amyloid Beta(A4) Precursor Protein, GST-tagged and His-tagged

A DNA sequence encoding the amino acids ( Asp 672 - Val 713 ) of human APP, corresponding to the Beta-amyloid protein 42, was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST-tagged tag at the N-terminus. It consists of 278 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 32.3 kDa.
