Mouse Anti-HIV-1 Tat Recombinant Antibody (clone TE135); scFv Fragment
Recombinant mouse antibody scFv fragment to Tat(1-20). TE135 is clade B specific, and does not recognize Tat from clade A, C, D, or CRF01 (AE). It reacts strongly with aa 1-61, and is able to react with aa 1-20.
