Recombinant Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Antibody Fab Fragment (537-10D)
Recombinant Human Antibody (537-10D) Fab Fragment is specific to HIV-1 gp120, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). The 537-10D showed a binding pattern restricted to the GPGR. mAb 537-10D had a much narrower pattern of reactivity, only reacting with peptides containing the GPGR apex motif.
