Anti-FUNDC1 Antibody
FUN14 domain-containing protein 1 (FUNDC1) is an important autophagy partner for mitophagy, the process whereby mitochondria get recycled after damage. FUNDC1 is localized to the outer mitochondrial membrane and widely expressed in all cells and appears to act as an activator of hypoxia-induced mitophagy. FUNDC1 interacts directly with important autophagy markers such as MAP1LC3B and GABARAP.
