Mouse Anti-Meningococcal B PS Recombinant Antibody (clone SEAM 2); scFv Fragment
Recombinant monoclonal antibody specially binds to N-propionyl (N-Pr) for N-acetyl groups on the meningococcal B polysaccharide. This mouse anti-PS antibody (SEAM 2) does not cross-react with human polysialic acid Ags. This product can be widely used in the development of anti-meningococcal B vaccines.
