Recombinant Mouse Anti-HBsAg Antibody (A5)
Provided is an antibody (A5) against the 'a' epitope of the Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg). A5 had a relative affinity in the nanomolar range comparable to the mouse monoclonal and showed antigen binding.
