Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone 4-116)
Recombinant human antibody to gp120. 4-116 was shown to have high affinity for gp140 and it competed with b12 and CD4i Abs for binding to gp140. 4-116 neutralized 1/5 Tier 1 viruses and none of the Tier 2 viruses.
