Simple Procedure!

Add one drop Reagent
1 to each tube.
Select 1 - 4 colonies.
Suspend colony in
Reagent 1. Mix.
Add one drop
Reagent 2 to each
tube. Mix.
Add five drops
Reagent 3. Mix.
Add one drop of
extract and one drop
of group specific blue
latex to each circle.
Mix, rock, and read
after one minute.
