Torkinib (PP242)
Torkinib, also known as PP242, is a selective mTOR inhibitor that exhibits potent antitumor activity in the pheochromocytoma PC12 cell tumor model. PP242 inhibits cancer cell proliferation, metastasis, and angiogenesis by inhibiting the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway.
