Recombinant Mouse Antibody Fab Fragment clone A-11, which is specific to B. anthracis PGA. Anti-PGA mAb A-11 specifically bound encapsulated B. anthracis H9401 and showed opsonophagocytosis activity against the bacteria with complement.
