Recombinant human antibody Fab fragment to gp41. This is a variant of 10E8, with no framework mutations. 10E8-0fH/0fL had an ∼2-fold fold increase in potency, compared with the analogous variant with two H chain framework mutations (10E8-2fH/0fL).
