Universal Nuclease for Removal of Nucleic Acid in All forms
Universal Nuclease is produced through submerged fermentation followed by separation, ultrafiltration, and formulation. The enzyme is capable of degrading various forms of DNA or RNA—including single-stranded, double-stranded, linear, circular, natural, or denatured forms—under diverse conditions, resulting in the production of 5'-monophosphate oligonucleotides with lengths of 3 to 5 nucleotides. This versatile product is widely used to remove nucleic acids from recombinant proteins, viral vaccines, and other biological products, as well as to significantly reduce the viscosity of protein lysates derived from cells, tissues, and microorganisms, among other applications.
