Anti-SEB ADCC Enhanced Antibody (MORAb-048) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. MORAb-048 is an investigational fully human IgG monoclonal antibody that targets Staphylococcus enterotoxin B (SEB), one of several enterotoxins produced by Staphylococcus aureus that has the potential for use as a biological weapon against civilian or military populations. MORAb-048 is being investigated for Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).
