Methyl palmitate-[13C16]
Labelled Methyl palmitate. Methyl palmitate is a fatty acid ester essential oil found naturally in many plants. The concentration of methyl palmitate in cells is known to be regulated by methanol. In the experimental study of isolated Kupfer cells, methyl palmitate showed the activity of inhibiting phagocytosis and reducing cell activity.
