Recombinant Human Antibody (mAb 166-32) scFv Fragment is specific to Monkey CFD, expressed in E. coli. This scFv fragment inhibits complement activation in serum from human and non-human primates and has been shown to reduce complement and leukocyte activation in a baboon model of cardiopulmonary bypass surgery.
