This product is a Monoclonal rabbit antibody that recognizes SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV)/SARS-CoV NP. It also binds to mutants of N (R203K, G204R), N (P13L), N (S194L), N (I292T), N (D3L, R203K, G204R, S235F), N (D3L, S235F), N (T205I), N (P80R), N (A12G, T205I), N (D377Y), N (R203M, D377Y), N (D63G, R203M, D377Y), N (P67S, R203M, D377Y). It has no cross-reactivity in ELISA with MERS-CoV NP Protein, HCoV-229E NP Protein, HCoV-NL63 NP Protein, HCoV-HKU1 NP Protein, HCoV-OC43 NP Protein.
