Mca-DEVDAPK(Dnp)-OH
Mca-DEVDAPK(Dnp)-OH is a fluorogenic substrate for caspase-3. It is cleaved by caspase-3 to release the fluorescent moiety 7-methoxycoumarin-4-acetyl (Mca), which can be used to quantify caspase-3 activity.
