Recombinant Mouse Antibody (S139/1) Fab Fragment is specific to H3N2 HA, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). Binding of S139/1 Fab and IgG against a panel of 35 HAs within 13 subtypes was assessed by bio-layer interferometry using an Octet RED instrument.
