PhotoCol®-IRG is a methacrylated Type I collagen kit. These 3D collagen gels can be prepared at various concentrations and photocrosslinked (365nm) to provide various gel stiffness. Each kit contains 100 mg of methacrylated collagen, irgacure photoinitiator, acetic acid and a neutralization solution.
