(S,R,S)-AHPC-PEG3-NH2 hydrochloride
(S,R,S)-AHPC-PEG3-NH2 hydrochloride is a crosslinker−E3 ligase ligand conjugate consisting of a von Hippel-Lindau (VHL)-recruiting ligand and a PEGylated crosslinker with terminal amine for reactivity with a carboxyl group on the target ligand. It has been used as a degrader building block in PROTAC for targeted protein degradation.
