Human Anti-HIV-1 gp160 Recombinant Antibody (clone T2)
Recombinant human antibody to gp160(579-608). T2 can bind to recombinant r-gp41 (HXB2), but not to N35ccg-N13 peptide, which is a soluble homotrimer corresponding to the HIV-1 gp41 NHR region, and not to other gp41, due to absence of the immunodominant loop.
