Hemokinin 1 mouse
Hemokinin 1 (mouse) is a mammalian endogenous peptide and homolog of substance P. Hemokinin 1 (mouse) acts as a high affinity and selective agonist at the tachykinin NK1 receptor (Ki = 0.175 and 560 nM for NK1 and NK2 receptors, respectively). It induces proliferation of B-cells in vitro and exhibits antihypertensive activity in vivo.
