Mouse Anti-GCGR Recombinant Antibody (clone mAb7)
Recombinant Mouse Antibody (mAb7) is capable of binding to GCGR, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). Receptor inhibition is mediated by the binding of this antibody to two distinct sites that lie outside of the glucagon binding cleft.
