Shz 1
Shz 1 is an activator of early cardiac genes (including Nkx2.5) in pluripotent stem cells, inducing the differentiation in human mobilized peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Shz 1 enhances myocardial regenerative repair by stem cells in a rat myocardial cryoinjury model.
