Recombinant Human Anti-Influenza Virus A (I223R) Antibody scFv Fragment (NA-A4)
Provided is a monoclonal antibody, which may be a general purpose in the treatment and detection of influenza A viruses expressing a neuraminidase with the I223R. The antibodies of the invention oseltamivir, zanamivir or the like of the neuraminidase caused the I223R mutation causing drug-resistant specific for influenza A virus expressing the binding to. Antibodies of the invention may be applied to increase the affinity for the in vitro diagnostic kit for the antigen, and do not induce an immune response as a human-derived can be used in vivo targeting and therapeutic purposes.
