Mouse Anti-HIV-1 gp160 Recombinant Antibody (clone 6D5); scFv Fragment
Recombinant mouse antibody scFv fragment to gp160(122-141). MAb 6D5 reactive with peptide 122-141 from HxB2 and able to bind strongly to denatured BH10 gpl20 was raised against MN gpl20. The epitope for 6D5 lies within the Cl segment spanning residues 122-126.
