Recombinant Mouse Antibody (e6) is capable of binding to HBV e-antigen, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). The HBeAg-specific antibody e6, was found to form a stable complex with the recombinantly-expressed HBeAg dimer.
