Mouse Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone 1F4)
Recombinant mouse antibody to gp120. This MAb was derived from mice immunized with eletcrophilic analogs of gp120 (E-gp120). The MAb did not exhibit binary peptide reactivity. 1F4 was not able to neutralize heterologous subtype C HIV-1 strain.
