Coelenterazine H
Coelenterazine H is a derivative of Coelenterazine, a luciferin that serves as a substrate for luciferases or as a constituent of photoproteins, including aequorin. Coelenterazine H is reported to be more sensitive to Ca2+ and can be used for detecting small changes of Ca2+ concentrations.
