BigLEN (mouse)
BigLEN (mouse) is a proSAAS-derived neuropeptide that acts as a GPR171 agonist. It regulates food intake in mice, and suppresses the release of glutamate onto parvocellular neurons of the paraventricular nucleus in a process dependent upon activation of postsynaptic G proteins.
